Our return and exchange policy?

Tea'ze A More's business philosophy is to ensure that every customer is treated with the utmost care.  Our business is here to celebrate the special moments with our tea blends and accessories that capture all of your senses and make every moment with our tea special.  We stand behind everything we sell, and we’re sure that you’ll love your purchase!  But just in case you don’t, within 30 days, Contact Us and our tea experts will gladly assist you in ensuring your shopping experience is to your satisfaction.  Please note that gift cards and promotional items, sales, and clearance items are final sales.  All custom tea blends are made special for each order.  Unfortunately, once a package is open, we can't accept it back.  However, Tea'ze A More will work with you to find the right tea.  We want every customer to be delighted with their purchase.

 

What if I don't like the blend of tea I just purchased?

  • At Tea'ze A More everything we do is to try and find that perfect blend of tea for our customers.  Once in a while, we may miss the mark.  If we make a mistake—that is, your order is incorrect, damaged, or incomplete -please let us know right away.   Our customer service team will figure out what happened and find the best way to make it right for you.

  • Not the perfect cup of tea?
    If you’re really not feeling your purchase was perfect, please let us know so we can correct it for you.  Tea'ze A More wants you to love what you buy from us as much as we love making it available to you.  If you’re not happy with what you ordered, Contact Us and let’s chat.  While we cannot refund loose leaf tea or gift packs containing tea, including our seasonal, specials or Pinnacle Collection, we’ll find a solution. Please note that online orders cannot be returned at a show or private event.

Holiday or Gift Purchases

Gifting can be a challenge although our tea experts assist with any questions you may have.  If your gift recipient doesn’t love what you bought them?  No stress—our return policy is extended for the holiday season.  Applicable purchases made between November 15, 2022, and  December 15, 2022, can be exchanged until January 15, 2023.  Simply Contact Us and a customer service expert will gladly help with the exchange.
