Shipping Information

How much does it cost to ship my purchase to me?

  • All orders within the continental United States over $75 are shipped free of charge.

  • Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska are free of charge for orders over $100.

  • For orders under the free shipping limits, Tea'ze A More offers shipping at a flat rate of $8 for orders within the continental United States and $10 to Hawaii and Alaska.

  • Teapots and large specialty items are shipped for a flat rate of $12 and $15 to Hawaii and Alaska.

  • For international orders, please Contact Us directly.  Our sales team will work with you on shipping fees and delivery options.

  • Tea'ze A More occasionally offers free shipping through the use of Promo Codes.  These will be shared via Banners, direct mailings, and social media posts.

How long will it take for my Tea'ze A More order to arrive?

  • Tea'ze A More tries to process each and every order as they come in however, please expect extended lead times due to impacts of COVID-19 to be slightly extended.  For large orders over $200, please Contact Us directly for priority shipping options.  Our processing team is working as quickly and safely as possible to get your order processed and shipped quickly and safely.

  • When your order is received, it can take at least 2 to 5 days for us to process it. When processing is complete, a tracking number is assigned by the shipping carrier and your order leaves our distribution center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It can take 3 to 5 business days or more for your order to arrive from that time—delivery times are controlled by the carrier.  Rest assured, we’ll notify you once your items have shipped.

  • Once your tracking number is assigned and emailed to you, your order is in the care of the shipping carrier and we can not provide additional information. If you have concerns about shipping delays, please note we do not control delivery times—we wish we could!—and you’ll need to get in touch with the carrier directly for any updates. Don’t worry, your tea is in good hands and soon will be in yours!

How can I track my Tea'ze A More shipment?

  • When processing of your order is complete, a tracking number is assigned by the shipping carrier and you will receive an email with your tracking information.

  • Visit My Orders at any time to check the status of your order. Once it's shipped, you’ll find a tracking number that indicates your tea and other products are on the way.

What if my order doesn't arrive?

  • First, check the tracking information you received from the carrier—this will let you know where your package is currently located and its estimated arrival.

  • If your order says it was delivered and you can’t find it, please Contact Us.  Tea'ze A More works with you and the Carrier to locate your package.
