General Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
 
If you need to return, exchange, or request a refund for an item purchased from Tea'ze A More, please follow these steps:

The first step is to contact our customer service team. Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date to initiate a return or exchange. You can reach us via:

Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
Reason for the return or exchange (this helps us improve!)
 
Step 2: Request Your Exchange or Refund
Once you've contacted us, our team will guide you through the following steps. Depending on your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) or process your exchange or refund.

 

For Returns:
Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition.
For tea or other food products, this means the packaging must remain sealed for quality and safety reasons.  Open tea or food products may not be returned.  Accessories should be unused and in their original packaging.  You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., shipment of the wrong item, damaged product).

 

For Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different tea blend or accessory, please notify us of this when you contact us.  Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will offer a refund or store credit.  Similar to returns, items for exchange must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition.

 

For Refunds:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within seven (7) business days.  Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
 
Step 3: How to Return Your Item
After you contact us and receive approval for your return or exchange, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Package Your Item Securely: Ensure the item(s) are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.
Include RMA Number: Write the provided RMA number on the outside of your package. This is crucial for proper processing.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing return shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
 
Important Notes:
 

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) and include photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and cover the return shipping costs in such cases.

 

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Teas or other foods once opened are non-returnable and no refunds will be offered.

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
