Welcome to Tea'ze A More! These Terms of Service/Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.teazeamore.com (the "Site"), operated by Tea'ze A More ("we," "our," or "us"), a gourmet tea company located at 11005 Spain Road, NE, Suite 3, Albuquerque, NM 87111. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all these Terms, do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By using the Site, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Changes to Terms
   We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

4. Products and Services
   Tea'ze A More handcrafts and sells gourmet teas and tea accessories. All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, to discontinue any product at any time, and to refuse any order you place with us. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

5. Pricing and Payment

   1. Pricing: All prices displayed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling charges, which will be added to your total at checkout.

   2. Payment: We accept various forms of payment as indicated on the Site. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges).

   3. Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update your account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
   Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

7. Shipping and Returns

   2. Returns/Refunds: Our policies regarding product returns, exchanges, and refunds are outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

8. User Accounts

   1. Account Creation: You may be required to register an account to access certain features or make purchases on the Site. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

   2. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

   3. Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof) if you provide untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete information, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or if you violate these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

   1. Site Content: All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, as well as the compilation thereof, is the property of Tea'ze A More or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

   2. Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the Site and its content. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the Site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

   3. Trademarks: The Tea'ze A More name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Tea'ze A More or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

10. Prohibited Uses
    You agree not to use the Site:

    1. In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

    2. For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.

    3. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.

    4. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Tea'ze A More, a Tea'ze A More employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

    5. To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site, or which, as determined by us, may harm Tea'ze A More or users of the Site or expose them to liability.

    6. To introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

    7. To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Site, the server on which the Site is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Site.

11. User-Generated Content (e.g., Reviews, Comments)

    1. Submission: If the Site allows you to submit comments, reviews, or other content ("User Content"), you grant Tea'ze A More a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media.

    2. Warranties: You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the User Content that you post; that the User Content is accurate; that use of the User Content you supply does not violate these Terms and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Tea'ze A More for all claims resulting from User Content you supply.

    3. Monitoring: We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and edit or remove any User Content. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any User Content posted by you or any third party. 

12. Disclaimer of Warranties
    The site and all products and services offered through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Tea’ze A More disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of information. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available is free of viruses or other harmful components.

13. Limitation of Liability
    In no event shall Tea’ze A More, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the site or any products purchased through the site, even if Tea’ze A More, has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Tea’ze A More's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence), or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the site or for purchasing products via the site.

14. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tea'ze A More, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your (or anyone using your account's) violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Site's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Site.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. You waive any objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

16. Severability
    Suppose any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason. In that case, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement
    These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or operating rules posted by us on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tea'ze A More regarding your use of the Site.
